The Costa del Sol is the southern region of Spain located in Málaga. It is one of the most touristic areas of the peninsula, thanks to the good weather we have around the entire coast.
The luck of living in Malaga is, without doubt, having the best climate in Europe. This, together with everything offered by each town, each city and each beach, make it the favorite enclave of many tourists and locals of the area.
Today, from RH Privé, we want to talk about what you can visit here and all the plans you can do on this spectacular coast.
One of our favorite hobbies is visiting different restaurants to enjoy Mediterranean cuisine in all its splendor. Also, being on the Costa del Sol, you can find restaurants with stunning views of the sea, such as Grupo Strato, which has a balcony to the Mediterranean Sea thanks to its Yucas restaurant.
In addition, there are wonderful villages in which you can enjoy by taking walks through its charming streets full of magic, such as Mijas town. Mijas is one of the white villages of Andalusia that offers a variety of activities such as visits to monuments, views of the bay, local craft shops or enjoy an afternoon with our #SublimeLifestylePartner: Mijas Golf.
You can also enjoy the music and culture offered by Malaga, such as the Mare Nostrum Festival held in Fuengirola, one of the neighboring cities of Reserva del Higuerón.
Marbella also delights us with one of the best-known festivals in Spain: Starlite Marbella. Artists of the stature of John Legend, Manuel Carrasco or Il Divo attend the Marbella festival this year.
And not only that, Malaga offers a lot of cultural leisure with the Pompidou, Thyssen, Picasso, Automobile or Russian museum, among many others, that offer hours and hours of entertainment, educating us in local, national and international culture.
